Torched Collective was founded on a simple observation: restaurant brands spend significant money on marketing, but almost none of them can connect that spend to actual revenue at the register level.

The industry has agencies that run campaigns, technology vendors that sell platforms, and consultants that write strategy decks. What it does not have is an operating partner who owns the full system and is accountable to the P&L.

That is what Torched Collective is. We sit between the brand and the technology stack. We build the growth system, run it, measure every result against POS data, and tie our compensation to verified incremental revenue.

We do not execute tactics. We own the number.
